ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Duplicate Identification Batches are not Completed accordingly.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Duplicate Identification batches should not run this long

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create Duplicate Identification Batch
2. Submit the batch
3. Process is taking a long time to complete

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot complete duplication batches and process them in a timely manner
