Logging Into P6 Mobile Throws Error: "SSO Session Expired." (Doc ID 2251323.1)

Symptoms

On : 16.2.3.0 version, 17.2 Android App

When attempting to log in to the TM Android app, it fails to login and the following error occurs:

ERROR

SSO session expired.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into TM via Android app.
2. Error will occur.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot use QR Code to add in URL to the TM Android APP. Users must remove the port for it to be successful.
