'/' sync Error Occurs After Installing Desktop Client on MAC OS (Doc ID 2251477.1)

Symptoms

The user encounters the following error just after installing the Oracle Cloud Content Service Desktop Sync Client on a Mac OS: 
 

Unexpected Problem

Cannot upload "/". Unexpected Problem occurred in Application so that do not sync. Try to syn again . Keep occurring , otherwise try ti recover .

The issue happens only with the Mac OS and is occurring with all of the users that are using the Mac OS .
