When customer navigates from any of the items under Billing Transactions in the Watchlist, get an error message when they want to further navigate on the billing page.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Connect to Fusion to the home page
2. Click on the WatchList Icon. Select any option under Billing Transactions (e.g Incomplete transactions)
3. The list of Incomplete transactions opens successfully.
4. Then try to click on the WatchList Icon again and got error ADF_FACES-60097.
