Planning Cloud: How to Disable Password Reset Email Communication for SSO Users (Doc ID 2251546.1)

Goal

Any user that existed prior to enabling SSO is termed as a Non-Federated User. This set of users will receive password related notifications every 120 days from Planning Cloud.  How can we covert existing user so passwords will no longer be managed by Planning Cloud and stop email communication alerts?
