On : 11.1.11.1.0 version, Global Payroll

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Submitted Payslip process and it has been running for more than 24 hours now.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

For the payslip process to complete.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. run payroll;
2. run payslip process;
3. Payslip process running for more than 24 hours.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact: payslip process still showing running for over 24 hours.
