Symptoms

On : NA version, Agent

Indexing problem in the agent search tool

The Agent tool is having some problem indexing new Orders coming from the store. Did an Order search from the Agent tool and got the following message.

Agent Message: "No orders found matching the search criteria. Please re-try with different search criteria."


Did another search, for a specific Order ID recently placed and also got the same message.

If I search for the Order using the Agent API, I can find the Order.

It looks like the new Order placed are not indexed by the Agent search tool.
