Symptoms

Not working Security View in Account Page for blank Saved Searches
If Saved Search List is kept blank then >> Click Create Account >> Click on button "Cancel" >> Now all accounts are coming in list for which users are not having access too. It is happening for all users.

Steps:
1. click on create new account
2. click on cancel from create account form

There is a strange view of all accounts with no security predicates applied.
