Benefits] Employee did not receive a notification for the Pending action item
Client configuring benefits enrollment and the employee has a pending action item to provide a certification life marriage certificate. But the employee did not receive a notification.
But on the Benefits document for implementation it said that:
When a participant enrolls in the Employee Plus 1 option, the participant must designate a dependent and provide the relevant certificate, such as marriage or birth.
• The participant receives a reminder about the pending certificate.
What is the Oracle solution on this? Is there something that we need to configure?
