Unable to query Account service

FindAccount service call returns bad response. See attached request and responses

JBO-56012: SQLException from preparing or executing sql statement with original Jbo error code JBO-27122. Please contact service provider on details.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Make a WS call in Account service using FindAccount method.
2. Keep the fetchsize > 374
3. Receive the error.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot query account with defined fetchsize.
