Using jsonpathgetsingle() in BML Returns Null (Doc ID 2251755.1)

When using the BML function jsonpathgetsingle(), the function responds with null rather than the correct values.

Attempt to use jsonpathgetsingle() with a path for a key that contains a "." in the key. For example:

JSON Object:

The above code will print "null" instead of "noreturn". Using "$.key2" instead of "$.key.3" will print "testword" however.
