Sao Paulo time is incorrect and does not work.

Information in this document applies to any platform.
The issue can be confirmed by the following steps:
Change the User Profile time to Sao Paulo.
Navigate to the Deployment Center and notice the Scheduled Time.
The time being shown is UTC/GMT and not Sao Paulo.
Please note that the User Profile time can be changed to any other time zone, for example, CST and deployment center shows US central time. Change the User Profile to another time, PST, and it will shows US pacific time.
