Symptoms

Unable to download logs. The below exception is seen:

Internal server error occurred. [Cause: ICS-10956]
ICS-10956: An error occurred while retrieving the monitoring data.
java.lang.SecurityException: MBean operation access denied. MBean: oracle.logging:type=LogConfig,ServerName=ics_server2 Operation: setLoggerLevel(java.lang.String, java.lang.String) Detail: Access denied. Required roles: Admin, executing subject: principals=[testUser, dev.IntegrationServiceAdmin, qa.IntegrationServiceAdmin]
