Display Label Changes Not Replected on All Pages (Doc ID 2252251.1)

Symptoms

On :  11.12.1.0.0 version, Accounts, Contacts, Households

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR  
---------------
Contact standard field's, Affinity (SalesAffinityCode), Display Label was changed in Application Composer. Then, when Navigating to Contact creation page the Display Label change is reflected. When navigating to Contact Overview and Details page the change is NOT reflected.
Also, when looking at the Contact Overview and Details pages in Application Composer, the Affinity filed name is still seen in the selected fields shuttle boxes, however the shuttle boxes for Creation page layout reflect the Display Label change.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Once the Display Label of a field has been changed this change should be reflected on all page layouts.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Change Affinity fields Display Label
2. Navigate to Contact creation page, display label has changed
3. Navigate to Contact Overview and Details pages, display label has NOT changed.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users are seeing different Display Labels on different pages that are mapped to the same field.
