Symptoms

Payment Application Business Process (BP) Data Element fails to collect values from the Detail Form (sum of all lines), when line items included in the last payment application are not included in the current payment application record.
This issue occurs when users attempt to create Payment Application records through a two step Workflow involving the Create BP method in the first step and the Update BP method in the subsequent step.
