Error When Opening Any Account

Rel12 Error when opening any account

This happened just after upgrading to Release 12. Any time an Account is tried to be opened, the following error occurs:

ADF_FACES-60097:For more information, please see the server's error log for an entry beginning with: ADF_FACES-60096:Server Exception during PPR, #8

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Accounts
2. Search and find an account.
3. Try to open an account and see the error

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot get to accounts.


 Upgrade to R12
