Enhancement Request: Plan Coverage Amount A percentage of another plan

Need to know if the product can do this already as we have already checked this and cannot find delivered solution.

There is a plan Called Optional Life Employee. There is another plan called optional life Spouse. Customer wants coverage amount of Optional Life to be a percentage of the Optional Life Employee Plan coverage amount without having to use a fast formula.
