The Documents Link Is Missing From The Admin Home Page (Doc ID 2253648.1)

When navigating to the Admin Home Page, the link to Doc Engine is not available. On other environments, this link is available:

Doc Engine can only be enabled for customers who already have Doc Engine on existing environments and are obtaining a new environment where it is not automatically enabled. Any new customer will not be able to enable Doc Engine in their environments. Document Designer will need to be utilized as the main proposal tool.
