Creating An Activity Within A Lead Returns An Error (Doc ID 2253725.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.1.11.1.0 version, Leads, Sales Campaigns

When attempting to a task in the Activities subtab on a Lead, the following error occurs.

ERROR
The value of the attribute AssigneeId is not valid.
The value of the attribute OwnerId is not valid.


Steps to Reproduce
1. Edit or create a new Lead
2. Go to the Activities subtab
3. Create a new task
4. Save
