Symptoms

Employees Unable to access Goals and Performance Documents - HRT-975099

There are 2 employees who are receiving Error: HRT-975099 every time they access the goals section in Fusion HCM. This is preventing them from being to manage their goals.

They also do not see the performance documents which are already published, they just see a blank page. They both have the Employee role.

"You cannot complete this transaction because you person information is incomplete. Contact an HR specialist or other HR administrator (HRT-975099)
java.lang.NullPointerException"
