Creating Task/appointment Not Auto Populating The Primary Contact Of The Selected Account

Creating a new appointment, on selecting the Account from the search list, will the Primary Contact of that account Auto-Populate?
Also, when an account is selected ,respective leads/Opportunity/contacts should only be visible to select. currently it is showing the recent list and search option to navigate and select. Will Auto Populate work?
