Fusion Benefits: Unable to See Plan Type Options in Drop Down While Creating Flex Credits Plan Due to Incorrect Setup (Doc ID 2254018.1)

The User is unable to see plan type options in drop down while creating Flex Credits plans.

Steps taken:

  1. User created a plan type with Flex Credits Option
  2. Go to Manage Benefit Plan Details, select Create > the user is unable to see the plan type options in the drop down
  3. If the user selects Quick Create Plan Option, then the User is able to select plan type > Save and Close > Then edit the created plan > User is unable to see and select Plan type
