Messages Not Displaying in German

Symptoms
When a user with the default language German logs into ORS, he receive the message "Invalid Menu Entry: main". After the log in, the user is able to navigate in the menu but the CDI cannot be displayed. If the user switches the language to English he is able to display everything like it should.
