When EPS UDFs are populated they appear in the EPS View, then disappear after switching Views. They remain blank until a UDF Date field on the same EPS that has not yet been populated gets populated and saved, then the other dates display.

For the dates to not blank out.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Add 3 Project UDFs. Ex: Date, Date Start and Date Finish
Data Type = Start Date or Finish Date
UDFType = Manual
Summary Calculation = None

2. EPS page, grouped by EPS, add the columns for the UDFs, enter date in Date Start for an EPS and Save.
3. Go to Administer, Enterprise Data then switch back to Project tab, the date is not displayed.

4. Add a date in Date Finish then click Save and the Date Start now displays.

5. Switch to Resources tab then back to Projects tab and no dates display.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users do not have visibility to these UDF Date Fields at the EPS Level.
