Employee NI Adjustment Field Missing (Doc ID 2254106.1)

Goal

Need to make NI adjustments to an employee as part of year end processing. When we enter element entry "NI Employee Adjustment" there should be a field called "NI Employee" however this is no longer visible.

We have followed the R11 documentation (link below) in relation to balance adjustments however both the employee and the employer fields are missing from the element entry. Seeded NI employee adjustment element has been disabled.
