Contract Import fails with errors

ERROR,You must provide a value for the attribute End Date
ERROR,The attributes LEGACY and 100774 are invalid. (OKC-196317)
ERROR,"A matching record of type CONTRACT_TYPE_PARTIES cannot be found using the value of the attribute Party Role Code provided, or the matching record is not active. (MKT-285217) Cause: No record exists with the specified attribute value or a matching record does exist however it is not active. Action: Update the attribute value to reference an existing, active record.",
1,300000008564368,300000008564384,ERROR,The value provided for the column CONTRACT_HEADER_ID or LINE_ID in the OKC_IMP_CONTRACT_PARTIES table to which the party is being associated is invalid. (OKC-196105),

ERROR,The attributes HdrExtSource and HdrExtKey are invalid. (OKC-196317)
ERROR,The value of the attribute Line Source Code is not valid.,
ERROR,"OKC-OKC_ODI_INVALID_HDR_EXT_KEY (OKC- -1) Details: OKC-OKC_ODI_INVALID_HDR_EXT_KEY Cause: The message, OKC-OKC_ODI_INVALID_HDR_EXT_KEY, can not be accessed. Action: Report this problem to an administrator.",
ERROR,The line status is not compatible with the status of the parent line or the contract. (OKC-196094)
ERROR,The value provided for the column START_DATE in the OKC_IMP_CONTRACT_LINES table cannot be earlier than the start date of the parent or the contract. (OKC-196096),
ERROR,The end date must be later than or equal to the start date. (OKC-196179),

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a new file import activity
2. Import ends in error

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot import contracts.
