Unable To Delete Payment Plan From Manage Pay Sheets For A Particular User (Doc ID 2254514.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.1.11.1.0 version, Payments

The payment plan roles have been deleted from a user however the payment plans still show up under Participant Snapshot-> Manage Payment plans.
When trying to delete the payment plan from the user, an error occurs.


ERROR

The participant assignment start and end dates must be within the payment plan data range, from 2016-10-01 to . (CN-1575068)



STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Participant Snapshot
2. Manage Participant Detail
3. Remove payment plan role
4. Go to Manage Payment Plans
5. Delete payment plan and save
