After upgrade to REL12, User Does Not See Accounts In Mobile (Doc ID 2254515.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.12.1.0.0 version, Mobile Sales App

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

User can see Accounts they own (or All I Can See) in SUI but not on the Mobile App after the upgrade to REL12.
User can see those Accounts in REL11 Prod.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
After REL12 User should still see Accounts from SUI on the Mobile App.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Mobile Sales App;
2. My Sales Accounts;
3. Accounts are not listed - only on SUI.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot see Accounts they own in Mobile, only on SUI.
