On casx: 11.1.11.1.0 version, Mobile Sales App

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Non admin users are not seeing list of value in the mobile app under Customer Type

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Non admin users able to see the LOV when creating a customer

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in to the mobile app with a non Admin account
2. Go to Customers
3. Create Customer
4. List of value is not displayed

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users with non admin account are not able to select Customer Type in the mobile app.
