On : 11.1.11.1.0 version, Accounts, Contacts, Households

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
On the account landing page, the Actions > Merge Selected Accounts option is not enabled.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
It is expected that this option is enabled in order to merge accounts.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Sales Cloud application
2. Navigate to SUI > Sales > Accounts
3. Click on Actions
4. See that Merge Selected Accounts is not enabled

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot merge accounts.
