Symptoms

Unable to save changes for configure default benefits relationship

I am getting new hire and termination events triggered during global transfer. Noticed from previous SRs that if we capture relationship configuration at legal entity level then this events will not be triggered. Tried "CONFIGURE DEFAULT BENEFITS RELATIONSHIP" but unable to save changes as it is giving me an error -


ERROR

"Unable to retrieve content. Additional information for "Remote Region error #8":

An error occurred while invoking task Configure Default Benefits Relationships. Review the FunctionalSetupServer logs for more details on this error. Contact your help desk.."


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open task “Configure default benefits relationship”
2. Tried updating legal entity to this for United States.
3. Error once saving the changes
