Symptoms


Setup and Maintenance Not Visible in Navigator

A custom Sales Administrator role was copied from the seeded Sales Administrator role and the privilege for the deletion of Opportunities was removed. After login as a user with the custom Sales Administrator role, Setup and Maintenance is not visible in the navigator.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

After login as a user with the custom Sales Administrator role, Setup and Maintenance should be visible in the navigator.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Sales Cloud as a user with the custom Sales Administrator role
2. Click on the Navigator icon
3. Setup and Maintenance is not visible

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, Sales Administrator users cannot see Setup and Maintenance in the navigator.
