User Adoption Reports - Ability To Report On Report Usage

To measure report usage, we need to be able to report on # Report views within a specific reporting Month (every view / refresh is one view)
We have to analyze the usage of the reporting in section in OTBI:

- Reports used per user function (from Resource directory)
- Reports used per user geography (from Resource directory)
- Reports used per channel (via UI or Mobile App)

We should have the ability to see which reports (report name / path where the report is stored) were used and which not.
This will help to clean up report catalog and promote important reports which are currently not used
