Goal

In order to use the RUEI results, we need to have them available in OTBI.

We need to track:
Time a user spent in the system (minutes) per user, so it has to be linked to resource directory.

Examples:
Time a user spent in the system (minutes) / user function
Time a user spent in the system (minutes) / user geography
Time a user spent in the system (minutes) / Channel (via UI, Mobile App, Desktop Integration, )
