On : 11.1.11.1.0 version, Opportunities

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Cannot make PrimaryContact required on Opportunity
After marking Primary Contact as 'Required' on the Opportunity object's Primary Contact fields, when logging into the application as a user who can create Opportunities, the field is not marked with an asterisk, and the opportunity is created successfully, even if Primary Contact is left blank. 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The Primary Contact field should be required when creating an Opportunity.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Sales Cloud> Sales> Opportunities
2. Create a new opportunity
3. Primary Contact does not appear as a required field, and the opportunity can be saved without that field being populated.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot be required to update the primary contact field.
