Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Employees being loaded into the system from Taleo are not showing the correct rates when their life events are created.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Employees should have all of the same rates.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Load employee from Taleo.
2. Go to Life Event
3. See that rates are not correct
BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The rates are not correct for any employees being loaded via Taleo.
