A Blank or Empty Window Is Being Returned When the User Clicks on the Internationalization Node - Unifier

User can not see the Internationalization log in Unifier.  When selected, the application returns a blank/empty window without any items and/or menu bar.

STEPS to Verify the Issue

1. User Logs into Unifier
2. Navigate to:  Company workspace > Configuration > Internationalization
3. The screen for Internationalization is not loading properly.  The screen displays no menu bar, no records, no log window.

NOTE: The Internationalization is working fine if user logs in on behalf of the Company Administrator.


 Bulk assign of Configure permission on all child nodes of Configuration mode from Edit User.
