Symptoms

On : 11.12.1.0.0 version, Accounts, Contacts, Households

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
when creating the import mapping custom fields are not displayed to be used in mapping

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
custom fields should be available to be selected in import mapping

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. create custom fields in Address
2. create a new import job
3. edit mapping - search for the custom fields - none displayed

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot import data.
