ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
FLSA premium element has been setup with multiple as 0.5 at the input value default. The hours are passed as indirect result and the default multiple(0.5) is not getting processed in payroll instead it is taking 1.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect the calculation to use .5 and not 1.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Set up premium element to use .5
2. Run quick pay using this element from OTL
3. Note calculation uses 1 instead of .5

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
FLSA premium calculation is incorrect, impacting thousands of employees.
