On Cloud ecsj-dev4: 11.12.1.0.0 version, Technology Management - System Administration

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
After upgrade to Rel 11.12.1 the security console is showing blank page.
If Click on Refresh Page Page is Rendered, nope of the links / icons work.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect to be able to open the security console

Due to this issue, users cannot use security console
