Information in this document applies to any platform.
The user has tested few absence cases, in which the employee raises an absence and the HR should get the approvals from TAP.
HR can login into oracle tap and approve the employee leave from mobile tap itself.
But the problem is that, HR is not getting any indication/approval count on bell symbol about the new approvals.
The employee goes to HR n says, that i have applied a leave please approve (in case of Mobile tap) there is no such notification indicator, like it is on Fusion desktop application were HR get the notification count on bell icon.
HR then manually searches the that particular approval and approves,if required.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. The employee submits leave request from TAP
2. HR does not receive notifications regarding the employee leave request submitted in TAP.
