Goal
There are four available webservices within BI Publisher usage for Fusion: ScheduleService, CatalogService, SecurityService, and ReportService. ( you can review note Fusion Application BI Publisher (BIP) : Available Public Webservices in Fusion Applications (Doc ID 2086077.1) - which explains this)
You are using ScheduleService WSDL that can be accessed from:
http://xxxxxx/xmlpserver/services/v2/ScheduleService?wsdl
You are using method:
scheduleReport
You need to schedule the report to run in recurrent manner using WSDL call, for example to run the report once at 30 minutes.
