Salary Approval - Notification is Blank for Manager with Custom Line Manager Job Role (Doc ID 2257492.1)

Line manager is experiencing a blank screen while testing Salary Adjustment Approval notifications.

User configured the workflow for the first level Manager to receive an approval notification upon a Salary Adjustment.
He receives the notification in his queue however when he clicks into it to approve it, he receives a blank screen.
This particular Manager is able to successfully approve other transaction types. It is just Salary Adjustment having the issue.

They tested this work flow using another manager and have received the same blank screen error results.

Salary Notification should not be blank.
