Symptoms

Payroll Flow pattern/Extract was not showing in the Submit Extract/Submit a Flow navigation.

This can be checked from the below navigation:

A. Via Payroll
1. Click on the Navigator > My Client Groups
2. Click on Payroll
4. Click on Submit a Flow
5. Indicate XX Legislative Data Group
Actual Result: XX Interface is not showing.

B. Via Data Exchange
1. Click on the Navigator > My Client Groups
2. Click on Data Exchange
3. Click on Tasks
4. Click on Submit Extracts
5. Indicate XX Legislative Data Group (LDG).
