When attempting to Generate Payslips the following error occurs.

Token1 null
Token2 null
Token3 null
A system error occurred during processing.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Using the Payroll checklist:
2. Calculate and Validate Payroll
3. Calculate and Verify Payments
4. Run Periodic Archive
5. Make EFT Payments
6. Generate Payslips
