Cannot generate Artifacts (Doc ID 2259034.1)

When attempting to Import customer object, the following error occurs.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Application composer
2. Go to Import and Export
3. Click on Generate Artifacts and error pops up
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot generate artifacts.
