Symptoms

Date and time is off on the Lead page
Date and Time stamp is not as per the System Preferences Format

Expected Behavior
Date and Time stamp should be proper as per the System Preferences Format

Reproducible Steps
1. Log into Fusion Applications
2. Navigate to Leads
3. Edit Lead
4. Date and Time stamp is not as per the System Preferences Format

Due to this issue, users cannot see proper date and time on the lead page
