ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Getting blank screen when accessing Opportunities

For Sales Rep, Sales Manager and Administrator when users access opportunities:
Home Page > Opportunities --> Blank page.


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into OSC
2. Navigate to Opportunity section
3. Getting blank screen

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot access opportunity records.
