Template for Loading Supplier Request for Quote (RFQ) Line Responses is Not Acceptable for a Large Volume of Lines.

Is there a way to load Request for Quote (RFQ) line responses (price, cost factors and attributes) using a tabular Excel format similar to the one used to load lines into an Request for Quote (RFQ)?
