Information in this document applies to any platform.
Saved PDFs that have been generated by CPQ Cloud cannot be open. When the document is opened in Adobe Reader DC, an error is thrown:
There was an error processing a page. There was a problem reading this document (135).
Reviewing the page source for the document shows that there is an encoding issue with the second line of the PDF file. If this line is removed, the file will open in Adobe.
Clones of these documents have the issue as well.
New documents do not have the issue, nor do new pages created within clones once the original page is deleted.
The environment was upgraded to 2016 R2.
